1. Order: Choose your preferred pendant style and place your order.
2. Send your sample: We provide easy instructions for sending your sample. We need to receive your sample within eight weeks after you place your order.
3. Design: Our artisan will contact you to discuss the design of the pendant.
4. Creation: Our artisan carefully encase the hair in high-qualtiy resin. Current production is 3 to 5 business days from the moment we receive your sample. The artisan will sent you pictures of the final product.
5. Delivery: Receive your beautiful, personalized pendant, ready to wear or gift.

Can you use human hair / ashes as well as pet hair / ashes? Whether it's a lock of hair from your child's first haircut or a memorial to a beloved pet, we are able to create the keepsake you desire.

Will my jewellery stay crystal clear forever? We are using UV resistant resin. However, it is important to note that all resins will yellow slightly over time when exposed to the sun. When not in use, it is strongly recommended that you store your jewellery in a box.
