SHIPPING POLICY
All products are freshly made in small batches. We take pride in delivering a high-quality product and every product is made by hand locally. Sometimes we must wait for special ingredients to be delivered. Due to this dispatch time may vary from 2 - 8 business days. During sales and holidays this time frame can be extended until 15 business days. This includes pickup orders. If your order is urgent, please notify us and we will try our best.

Door to door courier delivery: nationwide shipping with The Courier Guy.

Delivery to your nearest PostNet @ R99.00 for the first 5kg, add R20.00 per kg thereafter. Maximum weight 15kg. Delivery 2-3 working days once shipped. Allow one extra day for outlying areas. There are over four hundred conveniently situated PostNet locations. Receivers will receive an sms to collect their parcel Track your parcel here PostNet | Tracker.

PUDO - Locker to door fulfilled by the Courier Guy - R85.00.

PAXI: 7 - 9 Business day service delivery once shipped for R65.00. Collect at your nearest PAXI point (PEP).

Deliveries for orders over R 1200.00 are free - door to door courier.

Pick-up. Collect your order once notified at a local pick-up point. No 3 First Street, Middelvlei AH, Randfontein, 1760 at Sonskyn Dairy shop (Mondays - Fridays 8h00 - 18h00) / 32 Gerrit Maritz Street, Witpoortjie, Roodepoort (Thursdays only - 12h00 - 17h00).

If for some reason your product arrives broken or damaged by the couriers, we will refund or replace the product. Term and conditions apply.

*DELIVERY DELAYS

Unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, load shedding, hijacking, strikes, pandemics or supplier issues could prolong the delivery time. It is rare, but it can happen. Late delivery is not grounds for refund or cancellation of already shipped orders but if you are in any way concerned about the current location of your parcel and ETA of delivery, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up for you.

To consider:
Please remember: our couriers can only deliver to street addresses, and they do not deliver to embassies, malls and chain stores, plots, farms, mines and to some outlying towns and townships. If our couriers can't deliver to your address, we'll contact you to make alternative arrangements. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
One of our courier partners – The Courier Guy, CourierIt, or FastWay - will deliver to your physical address, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If you are at a business address during working hours, then please register these details for your courier delivery unless someone is at home to sign for your parcel.
If you live in a main city centre then approximate courier shipping time is 2-4 working days, nationwide. If you live in an outlying area delivery may take up to 7 working days. The shipping time of heavy goods, bulk purchases and to regional areas is generally 3-5 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen days of the purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached in its original packaging. To return an item, please email customer service at hello@mignonebody.co.za with your order number, issue with your product and photo proof of damaged / faulty goods.

For defective of damaged products, please email us at hello@mignonebody.co.za to arrange a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns more than R90 if a product has been used.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Faulty / damaged goods will need to be returned to Mignonebody for inspection before any refund / exchange is granted. Please mail your product to: Mignonebody, no 3 First Street, Middelvlei AH, Randfontein, 1760.

In the event that you are returning an item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will depend on where you live.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS when applicable
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you and email to notify you that we have received it. We will also let you know whether or not your refund has been approved.
Within a certain period after approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
